I spent years inside large institutions advising families with complicated balance sheets, and I kept running into the same problem. The planning was good. The coordination was not. The investment side did not talk to the tax side, the estate documents sat unfunded, and the client was the only person holding the whole picture in their head.
Clexperus is how I fix that. I stay client facing on purpose. The conversations, the analysis, and the decisions are mine, and the firm is built with technology behind me so that my time goes to clients rather than to administration.
Most of the people I work with are founders, business owners, and families whose wealth spans more than one country. That usually means a concentrated position, an operating business, or a cross-border structure that nobody has looked at end to end in a while.

Your attorney drafts. Your CPA files. Somebody has to make sure those two are solving the same problem. That coordination is the job, and it does not happen by accident.
We say when something is not needed
Not every situation calls for a new structure. Sometimes the answer is that the plan you have is fine and the documents just need funding. You will hear that from us when it is true.
Specialists brought in deliberately
Tax counsel, estate attorneys, valuation specialists, cross-border advisers. We bring them in when the situation calls for it and we manage the handoffs so you are not the messenger.
